AED, CPR and First Aid, from the American Safety and Health Institute

The AED, CPR and First Aid certification course from the American Safety and Health Institute class is consistent with the 2015 ILCOR (International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation) Guidelines and OSHA’s Best Practice Guide: Fundamentals of a Workplace.  This is a great class for initial emergency response persons such as persons in the workplace, schools, child care learning centers, residential & assisted -living homes, foster care parents & family members, etc. 

Topics include:  Legal considerations, personal safety, control of bleeding, burns, severe allergic reactions, stroke, diabetes, & environmental emergencies, sudden cardiac arrest, use of automated external defibrillator & airway obstruction.  

Upon successful class completion of the written exam and hands-on demonstration, the participant will receive a digital two (2) year certification card for Adult, Child, Infant CPR, AED & First Aid and workbook.

Age Restriction(s):   Recommended for Adults ~ 16 years of age +
